Extreme itch in the left lower leg for the last nine months. Clinical examination revealed quite advanced venous eczema and skin induration and pigmentation in this region.

Excellent clinical response. Patient is symptom-free and there has been a dramatic improvement in the state of her skin with marked reduction in the venous pigmentation previously present. There is no longer any active venous eczema.
