Ryan Kelaart
Specialised Venous Sonographer
Ryan has been working with Dr Luke Matar since 2003 within Radiology practices in WA. Ryan started sonography training in 2006 and has worked within a wide variety of ultrasound including general, musculo-skeletal, fertility, and rural ultrasound. While having a keen interest in most areas of sonography and still providing services within rural WA, Ryan focuses mainly upon vascular ultrasound, especially in the area of the diagnosis of the cause of varicose veins.
He joined Luke at the inception of The Vein Clinic in 2014. Ryan has a passion for detail and prides himself on best practices based upon a thorough assessment resulting in a personalised treatment plan.
Dr Antoinette Torre
General Practitioner
Antoinette has been a GP since 2013 and is involved in various aspects of General Practice. At The Vein Clinic, she helps our patients at their initial assessment and comprehensively prepares them for vein treatment by answering any questions and facilitating all necessary specialist referrals and diagnostic imaging requests, saving our patients the time and confusion of organising this paperwork autonomously. She balances work with being a busy mum of 5 kids.

I enjoy building strong relationships, creating efficient systems, and helping practices thrive in an ever-evolving healthcare environment.
With extensive experience in practice operations, team leadership, accreditation, compliance, and patient services, I am committed to maintaining high standards of care and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Laura has been a valued member of The Vein Clinic team for the past seven years and brings more than 15 years of experience in customer service within the medical industry. She is often one of the first friendly faces patients encounter and plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic and providing a welcoming experience for every patient.
Known for her approachable manner, excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail, Laura is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting patients throughout their journey with the clinic. An all-rounder within the practice, she assists across a variety of administrative and clinical support tasks and provides assistance to the doctor when required.
Laura takes pride in creating a positive and professional environment, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for from their first contact with the clinic. She is committed to providing efficient support and ensuring every patient receives a warm and positive experience.
