No significant symptoms, mostly bothered by cosmetic appearances.
Disturbed by the cosmetic appearance of large varicosities in the left thigh and calf and right thigh.
Left leg Endovenous Laser Ablation & Ultrasound-guided Foam Sclerotherapy, right leg Ultrasound-guided Ambulatory Phlebectomy
All symptoms have resolved. She was generally pleased with the cosmetic outcome although did have some staining over treated veins in the right thigh. Advised to keep this area out of the sun and that it should slowly fade over time. Permanent staining following sclerotherapy can however occur in a few percentage of patients and the patient is aware of this.
